The Sons of the Bullet Man

Synopsis

Franco, a 30-year-old real estate agent, has built his career around his personal brand. He moves between properties, clients, and videos through which he projects an independent life that is fully under control. Now he is determined to sell a small property in the countryside and move on. When his father, an older, lonely, and indebted man whom Franco stopped understanding years ago, appears in the news as the person responsible for robbing a financial institution, Franco and his sister Ana confirm that it is indeed him. Faced with the possibility of his arrest, Franco decides to hide him temporarily at the property. What was supposed to last only a few days turns into the kind of family life they never had. As the police search for him and his creditors begin closing in, Franco and Ana discover a man different from the father they thought they knew, while he finds in his children a belated opportunity to make up for lost time. When an innocent man is arrested for the robbery, the father decides, without telling his children, to turn himself in and face the consequences of his crime. Some time later, Franco and Ana visit him in prison. Sitting around a makeshift table, they share a simple snack. They have not recovered the time they lost, but for the first time, they seem to truly be together.
